My Fitness Journey - By Tfit Tina I didn't come into fitness just to look good-I came into it to survive. As a kid, I looked up to superheroes like the Hulk, Superman, and Conan the Barbarian. They represented power, strength, and resilience-everything I didn't feel growing up in a world that often felt broken. But even then, I believed strength could be my superpower. Bodybuilding found me at a time when I needed structure, focus, and healing. Lifting weights became therapy. Discipline gave me direction. And that drive eventually led me to becoming a IFBB Pro, a posing coach of over 10 years, and founder of Tfit Training. But this journey hasn't been easy. I've faced injuries, personal losses, and a long seasons of doubt. I've fallen, but I've never stayed down. Every challenge pushed me to grow, and every setback taught me how to rise stronger. Now I use what I've learned to help others do the same. Through one-on-one coaching, competition prep, online training, and group classes, I help people become the strongest version of themselves-mind, body, and spirit. Tfit isn't just a gym. It's a movement. It's about showing up when life gets heavy. It's about realizing your pain doesn't define you-it prepares you.
