This membership is exclusive to a limited number of clients where I create a fully personalized program to fit your lifestyle, resources and preferences.  We will work together on nutrition, workouts and tracking your progress via body fat measurements and/or check in photos every 4 weeks

***I kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 6-8 hours in advance.  This allows me to adjust scheduling and better serve all clients.

*If proper notice is given, we can reschedule your session

*In case of emergencies or if we've agreed ahead of time, exceptions will be made.

*It is the client's responsibility to contact me directly to reschedule any missed sessions.

*Missed sessions cannot be added to the end of package and must be completed before the package expires.
